Straightforward deal, exactly as advertised in the Boise paper. Took all of 1/2 hour. No pressure to buy packs or extended warranties. Salesman follow-up was exemplary. Zero problems with truck.

I've purchased two trucks, each with a trade, and had numerous service experiences. I received fair trade-in for my vehicles, and the new vehicle price was excellent. all I can say is that this dealership from the top down is straight-up and honest, and a good place to do business. The service dept has taken me through everything from minor cosmetic and squeak/rattle issues to alignment, road wander and trac bar issues. I've always been treated very very well, the service manager is honest and reasonable, and they take pride in doing good work. With a dealer like this, I can have a price equal to or better than Dave Smith, plus a relationship with the dealership, and a service dept that goes the extra mile.
