I just bought a 2006 Ram 3500. Since this is the end of the model year, they
are getting very hard to come by. My salesman looked for 3 or 4 days and finally
found one down in Utah with the options I wanted. They went down to get it and
he is even going in to work on Sunday so I can pick it up. They are great.
The truck I am replacing is a 2002 Ram 2500. When I bought the truck 2 years
ago it had a dead lift pump. I took it in and it was replaced under warranty,
no questions asked. About ten months later it needed another lift pump and this
time it took out the injection pump. All was replaced under warranty. I have
never had any problems with Ron Sayer Dodge and plan to keep taking my business
to them.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
We were looking for a 2004 Durango. We went into Ron Sayer and found a limited
we were interested in. We left them the title to our vehicle and we were going
to finish the deal in a couple of days. The finance person was an arrogant SOB.
Ron Sayer's salesperson said they would put a DVD player in the limited Durango.
Of course he made it sound like they would foot the bill, but upon inspection
of the paperwork, they put the price into the sale and was going to give us
the money back. My husband and I decided to look around for a better deal. We
found one at Lithia Motors in Pocatello. Although, the Durango there was only
an SLT, it was still well equipped and had the DVD we wanted. It was also, $3,000
dollars less than Ron Sayer's deal. We decided on the SLT. We called the salesperson
and he was a little angry we had changed our minds about the limited, he said
he had 3 other people he could have sold it to. (Sorry but that's retail.) My
husband apologized and said we would be in to pick up the title for our trade.
We he went in the finance person's first words were," We will not service
your vehicle here." He proceeded to speak to my husband like a dog. He
said we had signed a contract. My husband signed only the basic credit check
application. No actual contract was signed. He was a jerk. Upon talking to other
people in the community, they to have been told by this same finance guy that
if they buy a vehicle from another Dodge dealership, that Ron Sayer will not
service them.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, Purchase was a 'no haggle' affair.
Quoted me a fair price... slightly higher ($300) than the deep discount dealers.
Truck was late coming in (due to transport company), the delaer kept me informed.
Have had several minor and one major warrenty issue, the service dept people
were knowledgeable, no hassle, and on time.
