Sales=Good, Service=Good, Parts=Good, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
I bought a 2004 Jeep Liberty Renegade there in april of 2004, My girlfriend
also bought a 2003 Dodge Dam 2500 there in August of 2003, we both thought we
had been treated fairly, we also recommended this dealership to 3 friends that
also bought cars there, a 2004 Dodge 2500, 2004 Chrysler Sebring, and a 2004
Dodge Dakota. The friend that bought the Sebring had originally bought a Jeep
Liberty like mine, but due to the seat design,(if you spend any length of time
driving a Liberty, you will understand how poorly these seats are designed,
a trip from Boise to Cour D Alene is painful) it cut off circulation in her
legs, she kept the Jeep for less then 24 hours and returned it, and needed to
get a different vehicle, the dealership basically kept her trade and said it
was already sent to auction, and since the Jeep was now "used" they
gave her used price for it on trade in for the sebring, she basically lost all
the money she got for her trade in and then some, for this reason I would no
longer recommend this dealership for sales. I had almost a year of defect hell
with my Jeep Liberty, I was in the dealership every month I owned it for repairs,
some times as much as 3 times a month, mostly for brake problems, squeaks and
rattles, trip computer problems, rear lift gate glass opened on its own, the
drivers seat needed to be replaced, transmission problems, and I even had all
the electrical in the Jeep quit and then come back on while driving, everything
went out including the headlights. this car was a total lemon. I don't blame
the service department for this, they were very helpful and went the extra mile
to help me out, and I would recommend them to anyone for service. I ended up
trading the Jeep in on a 2005 dodge ram 1500 4x4 with Hemi, this truck so far
has had no problems, and seems to be very well built, I get the feeling that
quality varies at chrysler between the product lines, so far the Dodge trucks
appear to be pretty bullet proof, my girlfriend has never had any problems with
hers, that was a big factor in my purchase, plus you have to have a Hemi. I
would probably buy a Jeep again, but I will be doing more research before I
purchase one.
My 2005 Dodge Hemi 4x4 is a awesome truck, I have driven both 2500 and 1500
trucks and I love the 1500 ride and power to weight ratio compared to the 2500,
as a daily driver I would recommend the 1500, plus it handles like a car, its
a amazing truck, but if you need to haul the weight I would get the 2500, just
depends on what you use it for. Check out my review for Dave Smith Motors, they
were great to work with.
