Everyone at the dealership was so positive. You felt that vibe the minute you walked in. I had every question answered in a clear and concise manner and they worked with me on every little aspect. I am referred everyone I know time and time again. Not just for new cars, but for used.
They know me on a first name basis now, which is great. I have always enjoyed every experience with Dodge of Antioch.

Dodge of Antioch is definitely a 5+ star dealership! They are always honest, reliable and go an extra mile to make sure that all your needs are met. I recommended them several times, and many of my family and friends have been loyal to purchase all their cars/trucks/etc. from them. I trust their sales department, service department and parts 110%. I totally recommend Dodge of Antioch! I am now on my 3rd car with them - soon to be my 4th! Thanks again Dodge of Antioch - See you all SOON!

Just recently purchased my first used Town & Country minivan. I was very pleased with the sales person Robert Vito Pisciotti. This was our first time at this dealer and we were treated with honesty and respect. He did everything within his reach to satisfy our needs. They tried everything possible to make a deal within our price range and possibilities. I can tell you that we would of made off a lot better deal until we found out that the van had just had a break repair job that would not allow for the price we were originally approved for. I was a little disappointed by the price increase because of this but overall, Dodge of Antioch was great to deal with. I know that when it's time for us to shop around for our next T&C we will be returning to this dealership.

We bought a 1992 Mazda Miata from Antioch Dodge with 55K miles. The car was cosmetically very clean, and seemed to run OK. I asked the sales person, Bob P., if there were any known leaks in the car or issues that I needed to know about. He stated that the vehicle had gone through a complete service, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I drove the car home, which is nine miles away. The next day, I noticed a leak under the car which appeared to come from the oil pan. I called and spoke to Chuck on Friday, 21 May 04, at 11:00 AM, and explained the issue. He said he would get back with me on the issue. At 1:15 PM, I had heard nothing back, so I called again. At 4:20 PM, I got a phone message from Andy Davis, stating that I needed to bring it in. That following Saturday, I had to go to the Mazda garage to get a spare key cut. The mechanic on duty was available, and looked at the first issue, which was the radio shorting out. Additionally, he looked at the leak, and we traced it back to the valve cover which was leaking into the timing belt. The timing belt had become damaged due to this and was in danger of slipping and causing a complete engine failure. I had the belt, the valve cover seal, and the cam seals replaced. Additionally, the transmission fluid was a quart low, and contaminated. I had them do that along with a flush to relieve the abrupt shifting. The final bill came to $688.38. Discounting the factor of the radio, the transmission flush, and the spark plugs, the parts and labor for the real issue of the timing belt, valve cover, and labor, the bill was $389. I called Andy Davis on 26 May 04 to let him know what I had done, and he told me that since I had chosen to go to the Mazda garage to get the problems resolved, my 50/50 parts and labor warrantee would in no way be honored. I was asking for $194 to split the $389. He stated that it was a 12 year old vehicle, and that things happen. I explained that the car was only driven 8 miles to my residence before this "thing" happened, and that I was concerned about the fact that the car was represented as having been through a "complete service" by the Bob P., and by Andy in the conversation, and yet these very legitimate conditions were not properly diagnosed, ergo, I took it to a Mazda dealership who is very familiar with this vehicle. He stated that it was my choice, and that my choice negated any of their responsibility. I explained to Andy that I had spent a 20-year career in the military doing many diverse things, and that the one thing that I had grown accustomed to was the sense of integrity that seemed to have been missing in this deal. I told him that I believed there should be some monetary retribution on their part, or my options with this dealership became very limited, meaning I would, and will do everything I can through media, and word of mouth to ensure that other people do not have the same experience. At this point, Andy accused me of threatening him, and told me he was going to call the police. I explained to Andy that there was no threat involved, and that they should take responsibility for how they represented the vehicle to me. Again, he said he was very offended that I would threaten him. At this point, I saw that it may be wise to get off the phone with Andy. I must add that I was nothing but professional with Andy. I am currently a GM at an international firm, and I wish nothing but honesty from a dealership. He was being irrational, and I was wasting my time with him. He told me the owner was unavailable, and I said we'd be in contact again maybe regarding this. With that, I went on to fill out this form. I understand the car is used, I understand my warrantee stated that the work was to be performed there, and I understand that cars age. What I don't understand is the misrepresentation of the vehicle, the avoidance of the issue, the absolute irrational behavior of the manager, and the complete disassociation of any kind of responsibility in my perception. He threatened to call the police on me for God's sake, for telling him that I believed there should be some way of recouping at least a percentage of the repairs by qualified persons, of which I see no evidence of at Antioch based upon their "complete service". I leave this in your hands. I will absolutely recommend to everybody I speak to that they avoid Antioch Dodge like the plague. I must add that in the last 4 years, I have owned a PT Cruiser, a Sebring, and a 5th Avenue. I will NEVER go to Antioch Dodge for anything, ever again, nor will anybody whom I speak to. I have never had somebody threaten me with the police upon asking them for some integrity. I hope this is not the norm for a dealership representing your product. Additionally as a point of interest, if you go to Google.com, and type in Antioch IL Dodge, the first thing that comes up is a website for posting complaints, and there is a similar case to mine in there about a car purchased. That is the first thing people see if they are looking for a Dodge Dealer Antioch, IL. I guess I'm not alone. Market analysis states that for every known complaint, there are nine more you don't know about. I would hope there could be some resolution to this issue.

We live in Milwaukee, and were down visiting friends in Antioch for Christmas. On the Friday after Christmas, our check engine light came on. We brought our truck in to this store, and they were great. fixed the vehicle very quickly, and even washed our truck (1998 Durango). A few weeks later, we decided to buy a new Durango. Amazingly, after searching on the internet for our vehicle (2004 Durango Limited), only this store had our car. We drove down, and they were just as great up in the sales department. Dodge of Antioch was great. My only complaint: Why could they not be in Milwaukee so I could use their service department all the time for our new Durango and my husbands 01 Ram.

Just picked up my new "HEMI" Ram. I love the truck. Dodge of Antioch sold this truck to me a lot less than the other dealers. They were $2300, $1850, and $1200 less than the three other dealerships. They did not even want to see the other dealership's offers until they presented me with a price. Great deal and great people to do business with. It was so nice, I look forward to seeing them at a bar sometime to buy them a beer. Thanks guys.
Dodge of Antioch was great. Saved me more money than anyone. And, they are great people. Thanks Dodge of Antioch, all of you.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
New owners have made this Dodge dealership bigger and better in every aspect of the business. They had a lot more cars to choose from, and they did what ever it took to sell me my truck. They gave me exactly what I was looking for in my trade, and then beat the best price at another store by $500. They were very professional, and yet, we actually had fun buying this truck (very unusual these days). To top it all off, Myriam was a dream to deal with for service. I will continue to do service with Myriam, and my next minivan will be from them also.

You're better off going across the street to Lyons & Ryans Ford and buying a used Ram from them. I really lost respect when Chrysler named them a five star dealership... HA! Avoid the salesmen go straight to Ed in the service department (if he still works there), he should be able to set you up with one of the better salesmen. The service guys are OK, they know what they're doing, but don't expect them to cut you any breaks for repair work.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Good,
After looking for months these folks sold me a used Plymouth Voyager at such a low price its worth more today that when I bought it. They honored the agreements they made. The parts department was responsive but a little pricey on minor parts.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know / No Experience
