Sales dept was good, very helpful and friendly.
Service department - they lost our service appointment. Calling to find out if the vehicle was ready was a nightmare because if no one in the service department answers the phone system disconnects you. Doing this 2-3 times is no fun.

I feel like I got a good deal on a new Dakota pickup truck. I shopped around, went to Cassens with my offer and they accepted it. It was all very smooth and hassle free.  so far, I love this new Dodge truck.

After beating the internet to pieces looking for a deal, pounding the pavement in search of that great deal Cassens made this deal happen in short order. They beat all internet price dealers (Autobytell, Stoneage..etc) hands down. The dealership down the road from me wouldn't DEAL!! I knew the true vehicle cost and offered $550.00 over, on an ordered 2500 Ram. This unit was well researched so I knew more of the particulars than the salesman. That really helped move the deal. I would say deal took no more than one hour, tops! I felt good about my price offered to them and accepted the deal. The bottom line with ANY sale is this, dealers WILL NEVER let a sale go for less than their set profit line for A PARTICULAR MODEL. You stand a much better chance of reaching that level with an ordered unit. I will say that had I not done my homework, not shopped around, used the internet and tried numerous walk-up deals. The deal at Cassens would not have seemed that good. Enough said , they done good! I just hope this Dodge will live up to the Ford I'm stepping out of!!! 200,000 miles and not a problem to speak of. Need a tow vehicle and family has grown!
