I purchased a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 from Don Conrad at Champion in Barrington, Il. It was personally delivered to my home in Plymouth, Ca by Don. The price I paid for the vehicle (plus delivery to my driveway) was WAY better than I could obtain from any local dealer. Champion/Don Conrad handled the entire process with absolute professionalism!!
By all means, I will purchase my next DCX product from this place!

I like the dealership, got what I feel was a fair deal. New owners had just taken over the dealership and were anxious to please. A couple of issues:
I had one major problem; the truck came from Dodge with the wrong radio. When I discovered the problem and went pack to the dealer ship, the business link manager jumped right on the problem. He suggested they take the right radio out of the parts stock and install it. This was fine with me but not with his boss. As it turned out, they changed out the radio with one from another truck and I was out of there with the right radio, that afternoon. The other problem was with the paperwork, the bank didn't get things on time (they said) and the loan paperwork didn't get to me on time. Also, they wanted to register the truck as a car, not allowed around here, but once I got to speak to the right person at the dealership it was fixed within a week and before I was ticketed. I'd give them try!
