i was broke down on i55 ,when i walked back to chuck dzak motors and asked the man at the desk for help. He called a tow truck and they towed it back. I found out it was a water pump,which i had diagnosed at dempsey dodge the week before.Like a dummy i did not get it done because i believed they were charging me too much,well it turned out i was right. I had my car repaired and the repair with the tow was $175.00 less than i was told at dempsey's for just the work. I'm so glad i broke down there because now i have found a honest dealer and service manager ( Robert Pritchard), i will now be bringing all my vehicles ( which they are all chrysler products ) to chuck dzak motors. I also want to say thanks to chad the parts manager for all his help.Dont pass this place up, a real winner

All I can say is they do not honor what they say on the phone. Called and was told they would meet or beat any deal. They said come on in. Got the run around for 3 hours. I am a firm believer in doing business locally. These guys have struck out in all departments. Parts... took 3 weeks to get a sender and it was wrong. Avoid Jack, a real crab a** to deal with. I got the correct part in a day from another local dealer. Service ... if you did not buy it there, plan on a wait. They will just give you the run around. How can these guys be a five star?? Run away from these guys.... if in this area go a little south and you can find a real dealer!!
