Unethical, makes the deal, signs the papers even shakes hands then after making you wait 40 minutes to 1 hour backs down on the deal! Not good sales tactics. We were trading a very nice, fully loaded 1996 Dodge Ram with extended bed. So if you're looking at other Chrysler Products avoid this dealership!
