Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
Dealer's service department either did not do the test they charged for or are incompetent and unable to diagnose a transmission problem. They charged $65 for the test and then indicated that a new transmission was needed. It turned out to be an electrical problem. Second the sales department offered to trade the vehicle for an other used vehicle at about 10% of value since the transmission was bad and there was a dent in the vehicle. I was fortunate enough to drive the vehicle to MN where I could get it repaired.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Excellent small town dealership. Dennis in sales and Kent in service are fine people to work and deal with. Although being 46 miles from my home, it beats any dealership that I know of in the area.
