Pat the service tech was outstanding! Walt the vp of the dealership was all
so great ! I bought two vehicles from this dealership and they were outstanding
a Dodge Dakota and a Mini van ! Service was great as well as sales ! I also
have a Dodge Durango and the Service department was outstanding ! Truly a 5
Star dealer ship! Naperville Dodge is the the worst for service!

I bought my car last year an Intrepid. My salesman was Jeff Stewart. He was
an absolute delight to work with. This was my second car and relieving experience
unlike my first experience with Elmhusrt Ford (Jimmy Mack AKA "The Hsutler").
They gave me a great deal on my car and I still love my car to this day. Jeff
was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone
in the market for buying a car. Dodge product is the best. All American

I bought my 03 Neon R/T from this dealership and would highly recommend them
to anyone. It was an "Executive driven demo", but only had 1,100 miles
on it and was in like new condition. The salesman was very friendly, courteous
and knowledgeable. He took my offer to the sales manager, Mike, who countered
with a fair price and I bought the car with nary a haggle at all. Overall, a
very pleasant buying experience!

On Tuesday morning 7/22/03,my wife drop the car off for recall work, front end
alignment, and brake inspection. They would call when they were done. At 3:00
PM, my wife called to find out when we could pick-up the car. Bill Lamb said
5:30. We were there at 5:30PM. We waited for Bill Lamb, who was talking on the
phone, right in front of us for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, nothing.
Not, I'll be right with you, One moment, nothing. Finally after the phone call,
Bill Lamb told us are car was still not ready, that "Just Tires" wasn't
finished with the front-end alignment. Well all this time I thought our car
was being serviced by a Dodge Dealer. A place I would pay more for service,
but have the peace-of-mind knowing it was done right. Sure wish I knew that
before. So then Bill Lamb tells us we will have to go to a waiting area until
a porter can drive me to "Just Tires" To pick-up the car. While waiting,
Bill Lamb comes to us with his best "were sorry" and the bill, which
is discounted for the inconvenience. I paid the bill with a credit card and
was shuttled to "Just Tires". There I watched a young man struggle
with the front-end alignment for another half hour of my time. Upon finishing,
he took the car for a ride came back and told me that it went straight when
it was suppose to, but it pulled to right just a little when braking. When I
asked him if the steering wheel was straight, he said I did what they told me
to do, straighten the steering wheel and toe the rear wheels, but added it didn't
help your camber. So I asked, why don't you adjust the camber? He said that
Downers Grove Dodge won't pay for it. I wonder who did the brakes?

Dealer service department is outstanding. I have bought several vehicles from
this dealer and they have earned my business. Problems will and do occur with
vehicles but is how the dealer handles the problem that makes all the difference.
This dealer has always been very responsive and attentive to my needs. I have
never hesitated recommending this dealer to friends and family and I am happy
to report that they have never let me down.

This is a great dealership to do business with. Everyone was very professional
and courteous. Repairs are painless, fast and friendly. Mechanics are well trained.
It's easy to see why Downers Grove dodge is 5star...and above. I tell all my
friends about them and highly recommend their sales, parts and service departments.
I love Downers Grove Dodge!!!!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know
I wanted to order a Dakota Sport with the 4.7L V8. They told me that it was
no problem. I told them that I wanted money back on my '99 trade in, they said
no problem. Then I found out from another dealer that you can't order the 4.7L
because they were restricted. The dealer wanted to take my money and tell me
later that they would have to order a 2001, which would mean that I would have
to give them more money. Then I said how about a used R/T. They told me to bring
my car in, and they can give me a few grand back with the R/T. That was a bunch
of crap when I got there. They wasted about 5 days of my time. Never again will
I go there, or do I recommend anyone.
