Terrible sales staff. I asked for floormats included in my final price, but
when I went to pick up the car, the salesman said, "I thought they were
included but I guess not. If you want, you can give me money and I'll order
them for you." They promised my car would be ready to pick up on Saturday,
but I had to wait until Monday after calling them four or five times. They drove
my car sixty miles (using half of the tank of "free" gas without replacing
it) to get the windows tinted after they said it was done "in house".
The windows looked terrible - pock marks, scars and lines in the tinting. There
was not user manual in the brand new car - had to go back for that. There's
already a noise coming from the steering column, and of course they don't hear
it and won't look at it. The car vibrates a lot when idling, much more than
any other new car I've driven. Of course, the service department says it's "normal".
Just overall a terrible experience, I would not recommend this dealership at
all, in fact, as of having my new car for two weeks, I would never buy another
Dodge again in my life.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Good, Parts=Good, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,

Sales were great no games good service from the first step into the place. Bought
two trucks there in 2003.
They even made up for problems with the first truck that DC main HQ would not
work with me on. Service has been good. No major problems with the truck. Most
experience with service for maintenance and recalls. Parts were very helpful
on accessory purchases. Reception girls/cashiers could use a little customer
service education but not bad.

This dealer Gave me the run around from the get go. they sold me the truck with
little gas in it, and then the truck had a pinging problem from day 1. the service
department there failed to diagnose the blown plenum gasket on the motor which
i got the "they all do that" response to the five times i went in
there. Only after it was out of warranty did i get the Oh It's this gasket that'll
be $400.00. Five Star my A$$!!! Just an all around bad dealership.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Purchased a new 2500 diesel back in April, 02, been back to the dealer with
a few problems at 10K which were addressed individually on the service ticket
all problems were repaired (replaced sensors)or explained to my satisfaction.
Oil changes, lubes and inspections were more then reasonable for the diesel
at $60.00

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
The dealer is exceptional. All of the personnel my wife and I have been in contact
with were knowledgeable,pleasant and more then happy to please. Their price
on the unit was the best of all the dealers in the Metro area. The aftermarket
items (Cap,painted to match, running boards, alarm and deflectors) were installed
meticulously and with pride. Kenny Walter (Tiny) was my superb salesman and
Karl Regalado handled the aftermarket goodies.
