Bought a 2002 Chrysler 300M Special from Reg Hamilton. Only during the finance stage of the deal was I informed that the motor had been replaced. In my opinion, this info was concealed just to close the deal. Service dept had to reschedule 3 times because they were busy to detail my new car. Definitely a mom and pop operation. Definitely would not recommend buying or getting your vehicle serviced here. Poor business practices and shoddy service dept to say the least. Drive the extra mile to Springfield to have your service work done. Do yourself a favor and Buy elsewhere.
