Dealer uses 3rd party shop to identify some problems. AVOID the service department.
I bought my 2002 Durango there before it changed names. Headliner was wrinkled
over the 2nd row seats. I didn't bother reporting it at the time. Took it in
for a full range of problems/repairs and they claim that the headliner substrate
is bent. 3rd party shop (Rigg's Brothers) says that the only way that could
happen is if it had been removed. Warranty claim denied. The people have NO
IDEA what they are doing! Headliner has never been out and was bad when I bought
it. Just because I don't take it in right away it becomes my fault or something.
These people really suck. I will never buy another DC product. So what does
this mean to DC? Do they care? I doubt it. It did however cost them one sale
today and another 2 possible sale in the upcoming months. How? Called my father
in law (who always drives a DC product) and told him of the problem. He was
AT A DEALERSHIP TO BUY A NEW TRUCK WHEN I CALLED. 3 hours later he called to
let me know that he bought a new CHEVROLET because of my report. I WAS looking
at the new Magnum. I WILL NOT be buying one now. The Durango was having the
work done so it could be sold at the end of this month so we could buy another
new Durango. Not going to happen now. Guess I'll just give Chevy all my money
instead!

Went in to charge a battery, vehicle (2001 Dodge grand caravan) ran fine on jump
start. Anyway they said need new battery (old one was maintenance free and theoretically
only needed charging) and replacement brake bulb, got charged $171 for the pleasure,
Drove home that night. Next morning, van wouldn't start, Battery OK but wouldn't
start, called Koller and got a guy (Kehoe) who told me to get the vehicle towed
in and that they would diagnose it, I asked them if they checked the vehicle
at all during their repair session and his comment was "Well you drove
it home didn't you?"....General attitude of "eat crap and die"...............I
have bought my last two vehicles from this outfit, both new and optioned to
the hilt. Got the feeling that once they sell you a vehicle that they don't
want to see you again. No wonder the Japanese firms are doing so well.

I went there to get service on my 2002 van. It's computer system was not responding
appropriately and the ABS light stayed on. They told me after taking my $102
diagnostic fee (yes, I have the Gold extended warranty) that the ABS sensor
in the right rear was the problem because the hub was leaking and getting the
sensor moist. Interestingly, my father is an auto mechanic and the problem they
described cannot occur. They wanted $350 to fix the problem!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
Ordered an alternator bracket for my 2003 CTD. Unfortunately they took off the
cracked bracket not knowing that they don't have the bolts for the bracket.
They charged me $30 for their wasted time taking off the old bracket. $30 isn't
much but it's the thought that I get penalized for something that's not my fault.
A good service department would not start taking things apart without making
sure all the parts are there needed for the repair.
Second screw up. The master cylinder started leaking. They ordered a new one.
Went to the service dept have it changed. Guess what, they ordered the wrong
part. Stay away from these people. They are incompetent, unprofessional and
very unfriendly.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
They were unable to repair a shift problem on my 1996 Dakota that they had a
TSB for. Then they damaged my truck and then repaired it (Maaco could do better).
They eventually gave up and told me to take my truck to another dealership as
they did not want to work on it any more. This dealership has the power of a
Zone manager, so if you have a complaint the zone will not help you!!! If you
buy only parts, OEM parts are more than other dealers to make up for the 25%
discount on the performance parts. I'd rather drive 500 miles to my PA shop
than ever do business at Koller Dodge!

price" of $28,000 including the $2000 rebate. I got up and left.

Truck was said to have been fixed for, brought back four times for a coolant
leak. The real kicker was after it was picked up the second time I looked it
over and showed the service mgr. what was leaking and they still did not fix,
the last time I returned I showed the technician and service mgr. what was leaking,
the stupid tech. Replied well gee no s__t! it sure is. Finally they fixed it
400 miles of travel time and 5 days later. Unfortunately I had to take the truck
back to Koller Dodge for one part they were waiting on to repair the cruise
control, I have been back once and returning for trip number three because they
still have not fixed or thrown enough parts at it.
