Perhaps I'm disappointed with my trucks performance. But still upset at the fact that I was charged a $100.00 (approx.) to replace an oxygen sensor that was fouled up due to a defective catalytic converter that went bad which was covered under warranty. That $100.00 was for the part only, the said they would not charge for labor! my truck had a ticking sound, they determined it was the timing chain cover, suggested I call cust. service since truck just went out of warranty, to see if Chrysler would absorb the repair, they did (Thank you) but the truck still made the same sound the day it was brought home, despite them writing "noise gone" on work order. On anther occasion brought truck in because it failed to idle upon starting, would need to keep foot on gas to keep from stalling (in warm weather) on cold days it would start but idle real low. Brought in for service, was charged to clean "throttle body" problem still exist to this day, prior to the "tune up" which was suppose to take care of it.
