I find that the professional way that all matters are handled increased our
purchase and service experiences in the past. That is why we purchased here
again. I can only say that my family and friends will probably continue to deal
with Metro Chrysler Centre.

Chrysler products have come from second rate to the top of the heap. But This
dealership Metro Chrysler Centre is going to sink your boat. They, the sales
managers are horrible.

Dealership promised four things as part of the 'deal' Two I paid for and two
they paid for. After keeping the vehicle for 4 days to do the agreed upon work,
one of the items was not done at all (I had to take the vehicle back another
day to get it done. The other item (which they paid for) was not performed by
the company we had agreed on. There are problems with that time, but I can't
get the warranty and receipt for the work so I can get the problem taken care
of.
I feel like this dealership is guilty of bait and switch tactics and even though
I have talked to the Sales manager, service manager and sent a letter to the
owner, I have yet to hear back from them to resolve this issue.

Sales=Fair, Service=Poor, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
Service department is never open when you need them. No Saturday hours and bankers
hours through the week. They are inflexible and in no hurry to take care of
your problems. Good selection of vehicles but LOUSY service. They are never
open late or on weekends.
