05experience=Took two years and $800.oo dollars to fix air conditioner. Finally talked to Ron Ward, the owner, his son runs the Mopar dealership and Ron runs a GM dealership at Herrin, IL. Got AC fixed. Last year I took my truck to Ward to get timing chain and gears replaced. I supplied a double roller chain and gears. Took them three days to get it done. They lost one one the keys for one of the gears, replaced distributor cap, plugs, and rotor before they noticed the rotor wasn't turning when the engine was cranked. Never again! This on a 1987 ram pickup.
