Sales=Excellent, Service=Avoid, Have had problem with temp. running above normal since 3mos. old. Was told it was normal. Replaced a few parts with out any success. Just had a pan gasket replaced, while apart said needed clutch after only 70k, now it shifts hard, have trouble getting in gear. I had an exhaust brake installed when new, when I received the truck back, the air box was loose, when I attempted to tighten the box, found the nuts were stripped out. I still have yet to get any resolution to the heating problem!
