I have bought 3 vehicles from here, 2 used and 1 brand new. The experience seemed
to be OK until I had to get one of them serviced. Then the nightmare started.
I had to have the cam seal replaced and was told there were no more leaks. Then
I am still trying to get a water leak fixed that they supposedly fixed the first
time. Now I find out 2 weeks later that my steering rack is leaking and must
be replaced, the oil pan is leaking, the transmission pan is leaking and the
transmission cooler lines are leaking. How did this many leaks get past them
when they declared "There are no more leaks"? Now trying to get anything
done is nearly impossible since I talked to the general manager and told him
what I thought of his product and his service department. I guess I hurt his
feelings.

Sales=Fair, Service=Avoid, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
I bought my truck from this dealer. The sales staff was nice but once the sale
was done this dealer turned into an animal. The first problem I had was my transmission
would not shift out of park. It took me four times of taking it to the dealer
to finally get it fixed. When I finally got it fixed they forgot to tighten
up my exhaust pipes and they fell off. During the year that it took me to finally
get them to fix my truck they also fixed my tail housing seal twice, replaced
an intake gasket, welded on a knew catalytic converter after I complained several
times, and they also tried to fix a door lock solenoid The last time I took
it in for a leaky water pump, a leaky transmission pan gasket and a door lock
that did not work with the key. They did not try to fix the door lock because
I told them not to because they said it was not not covered under my warranty.
The reason the transmission was leaking was because they worked on it for the
shifting problems and the reason my door lock did not work was because they
replaced the solenoid They also replace my radiator because they said it was
leaking. They cross threaded my transmission line to my radiator so now I have
to get a new radiator and transmission lines. This is the progress of my story
with this dealer. To get them to fix their mistakes it has been a bear. I have
had to get very angry at managers and I do not like to do that. I now live in
West Virginia and the dealer hear is trying to fix my radiator problem as we
speak. Expressway has not been very understanding in paying for the other dealer
to fix my truck. I never will do business with this company again. With all
these problem they have still tried to charge me for fixing the problems they
created. This experience has been so bad I will never own another Dodge.
Expressway's quality control needs to be fired. They have missed loose exhaust,
leaky trans lines, Loose air filter, fog lights that don't work, leaky tail
shaft seal, leaky pan gasket.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, bought there=yes, scv_there=yes,
I have purchased 3 vehicles from Expressway Dodge. All 3 experiences were very
positive, excellent people to work with, got a fair price on trade-in, and good
pricing on the new vehicle. The service and parts department is second to none!
Knowledgeable, friendly, great to work with.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
The service dept and the parts dept guys and gals know what they are doing.
I've never meet a nicer bunch of people! If they don't know the answer they
will find it one way or the other. The sales dept worked for a week trying to
locate a truck for me to suit my taste. I eventually bought one off the lot
that came in while they were searching. They did everything possible to see
that I got the truck I wanted and could afford. They never gave up till I got
one. Give these guys a try. I don't think you will be disappointed. They will
come down off the sticker price quite a bit!
