After almost getting chased away from Dodge entirely by a pushy dealer in Louisville, I found these folks in a small town across the river... a family-owned business with impeccable ethics. I can't say enough good about them: absolutely no pressure, assistance well beyond the call of duty, relaxed attitude, competent service, detailed and speedy response to email questions, and an overall feeling that they are acting honestly. Derick was so helpful through the whole process that I thought of him as my "buyer's agent," not as a car dealer. I would buy from them again without hesitation.
Great truck in all respects. Towed 10K pounds across the US almost immediately after purchase, smooth as silk.
