I was lied to about the noise on the front brakes (rust on the rotors salesman says). Before sales then on first checkup he asked why did I bring the car in? I said the brakes are noisy he says "Oh they all do that". Almost every time I've brought the car in for service I've felt lied to, ripped off or taken advantaged of. Just because this dealer is right next to a Chrysler plant they must (and probably do) automatically have customers. Well, this employee will not buy or have service done there any more!!!
