I purchased a demo 03 with 8.000 miles and at the time of sale the sales manager stated that the warranty would be extended to cover the 8,000 mile I did not put on the Truck. This week I experience break chattering. I was told that that the truck was not under the 36,000 mile warranty and 70,000 mile warranty did not cover the enter bearing and seal on the back hub. so buyer beware. Poor dodge I'm currently on my fifth new dodge and my last new dodge. One lie says a lot for a dealer ship. P.S. I tried to contact sales with no return phone calls.
When ever you make a deal with a dealer make sure you get it in writing.

Sales staff misled me about truck's ability and then service staff could not or would not fix it after promise after promise to.
Do not think buying a new truck with full warranty from this dealer will mean they will take care of you because once they get their money they could care less

The 2002 Ram QC 2500 4wd CTD that the dealer traded for "fell off" the 17' trailer they used to get it, after I told them this would happen (before they left to get it!). This happened in the dealer parking lot moments after they got back from St. Louis. Thank god it did not happen on the Interstate. Being a 4wd, it did not hurt the truck and any one else! Also the salesmen (Sales Mgr) I was dealing with (an IDIOT!) made many mistakes including letting me buy the truck on Saturday when the Corp. interest rate dropped to "0" % on Monday. This would have been no $ out of the dealers pocket and there was no way he did not Know this. When I found out, I learned everyone else at the dealer had known for some time except him. This cost me big bucks! Parts and accessories that were ordered had to be reordered time and time again! The service Dept., WELL they were the ones that dropped the truck off the trailer in the parking lot. All and all it was a vary disorganized, aggravating experience. If had gotten ANY MORE PISSED OFF, I would have had to hire someone to help me share the aggravation! Unfortunately, this was one of the last 2002's out there and THAY had it. Furthermore I have been very happy with the truck once I got it out of the dealer's reach.
I have owned countless Mopars, including a 1996 Ram SST, 97 RAM 5.2 5 spd, 98 Ram QC Sport, 99 QC Sport and a 2001 Ram QC Off Road SLT. I currently own a 1967 GTX, 66 Coronet, 68 Ply Sta Wagon, 91 Ram 150 Club cab SB, and my 2002 Ram Sport QC CTD Sport 4WD. I have never had an issue with the MFG. But have yet to find a dealer that will do what they tell you there going to. Its pathetic!
Anyone who gives this Dealer any rating other then AVOID must work there! Avoid Palmer Dodge Like the Plague!

One of the worst dealerships I every had to deal with. Wouldn't even let me meet my Chrysler representative. Would not perform warranty work. Sloppy documentation practices. Poor service levels.
