Technician used a screwdriver and hammer to remove the battery clamps, resulting in loose battery posts. Upon inquiry, the technician just sprayed the terminals with spray undercoating to cover up the screwdriver marks. When They performed the throttle cable recall, the technician deliberately reset the automatic transmission adjustments to cause the transmission to slip. After I proved this, the service manager agreed to pay the local Cummins Repair center to reset the automatic transmission controls to their proper settings. The Dodge mechanics are not allowed to attend schooling for the Cummins diesel engine; thus all diesel warranty work must be outsourced.
