The owner never backs anything. He gets your vehicle in and changes things that don't need changed or he'll do things that is not preauthorized by the owner. If a problem was caused by their unableness to check things out he charges you for a bunch of parts that you never needed. It probably be alright to by a vehicle their but just don't have it serviced there. Also have done a lot of parts business there and the workers are great but i picked my grandmothers car up there because it was towed there do to a wreck. I am a body man so i was going to do the work. so i went to pay him and he wanted cash or the check made out to him instead of the business and he very rude. possibly just because he didn't get to do the work. He charged me $256 for an estimate and another 250+ for storage.
