We have bought 8 vehicles from Southstar over the past 7 years. I would never buy from anywhere else.

We have bought 3 vehicles from South Star. The sales department is great as with the finance department. I wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else. Always had good service after buying a vehicle.
South Star is wonderful, and so is our Chrysler Concorde and Dodge Ram Quad Cab

This truck had a mysterious "clunk" under hard braking. This took several trips to diagnose and repair. The rack and pinion was trashed so we thought that was the culprit. They changed the rack (along with a power steering line and 10 lugnuts because someone had been there before. The service team spent several days trying to diagnose the noise. They checked and or replaced: front and rear shocks, torsion arms, shock bolts, running board brackets, etc. the list is very long. The team really went the extra mile and and never said a bad word when I came back with the same sound. I don't blame the repeat trips on their mechanical ability, this one was just a "stumper". It was pretty much narrowed down to loose body bolts and a combination of other things. Everything is tight now and the "clunk" is gone.

Sales and Service was awesome. My salesman and sales manager were great. The finance lady answered all my questions and took care of me. They gave me a great price, and great service.

Took $7000 down payment and couldn't even order car - (told me 6 months later) Sales Manager was seen boiling the tires down main street. (of course he denies) It is hard to tell what is real at this place. A lot of smoke and mirrors.

Service manager was not completely comforting with my warrantee, But after a week it was as good as new or better. They have a very good diesel man.
