Very poor. Would never do business there again, nor refer anyone to that dealer.
Love my truck, wish i could find a dealer to take the time to correct the problems instead of making excuses or not verifying the problem to begin with. Overall I have been very displeased with all of Kansas City's Dodge dealers.

My new truck buying experience has been very pleasant. I shopped 4 other local dealerships, narrowed my negotiations to Sunflower and one other, and bought my truck here due to the way I was treated and the price. I am not an easy sale, do lots of research, and am very particular about my vehicles. My salesman was knowledgeable about the product and pricing was simplified. The dealership followed up twice to make sure I'm still enjoying my Hemi, and I'm sure my family will purchase vehicles from

I just purchased my 6th truck from Sunflower. I have always enjoyed the experience and the people. I will never buy a car anywhere but Sunflower and have recommended many of my friends. Sunflower has truly earned it's Five Star Award.

Wish I'd found this site long ago. "Hap Hazerd" not only is the name of the spokesperson but is the attitude of the organization. I feel like I got a poor deal but also did a poor job standing up for myself, though the vehicle has largely been a good one. The salesperson was generally courteous though the process embodied the stereotype of used car buying. The closing process was really slimy and the employees not very friendly at all. I went in on a Saturday to buy parts and they weren't open! Neither was the service department. I did take the van in for service another time during the week and the process went fairly well, if not expensive. However, the employees and process did little to instill confidence in me.

I was appalled by the sales staff you have in the used car department. I was disgusted by the 100's of cigarette butts lying all over the ground around the "office area". The sales people standing on the "deck" smoking and talking. I unfortunately had to use the restroom and had to walk through the cloud of smoke and bodies huddled around the door (all of them sales people), but to hear the kind of language that was being used by one gentleman (I used the term reluctantly), was vulgar and rude. I left that office feeling like I needed a shower. I quickly left the lot and decided to take my business to a 5 star dealer when I ever need to purchase another vehicle again.

I just bought my new truck a couple of months ago and I love it. Everyone was very nice and I got a great deal. I would tell anyone looking for a car to go to Sunflower.

This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. They were quick to sell me a car but if there has ever been a problem, they don't return your calls or let alone give you any type of helpful support. The service department must have a policy that you have to be a total jerk and an idiot in order to get hired because no one in service is nice, understanding, or in anyway helpful. I don't know, maybe it's the fact that I am a strong woman and they think that women are stupid or something, but they treated me with total disrespect and dishonesty when I have had to have service there. I wouldn't recommend that anyone purchase a car from this dealership--they will take your money then use and abuse you. If you want to buy a lemon and be treated like crap, buy your car from Sunflower Dodge!

My wife and I experienced the most horrendous, awful, wretched afternoon/evening of our lives trying to purchase a van from Sunflower Dodge -- only to walk away because we were so massively lied to and finally had enough.
We were belittled, shuttled around in the rain to various people who couldn't help us, and worst of all, made to feel like idiots. We spent 9 hours of our life today at your dealership and it was one of the worst dealership experiences we have ever had the misfortune of having. Not only has Sunflower Dodge left a terrible "taste" in our mouths about their way of doing business, they have guaranteed a spot in the "worst car dealer hall of fame." If anyone ever asks me about my experiences with local car dealerships, they'd better get out of the way and prepare for half-hour discussion of why they should NEVER have anything to do with Sunflower ________ (fill in the nameplate here) because everyone we encountered there was a lying, cheating, dishonest, rude, obnoxious, chain-smoking bag of scum.
Trade-in: appraised at $5,500 then suddenly became a "surprise" once I (the husband) showed up Prospective purchase: $17,500 first price given, we asked for a bumper-to-bumper warranty to be added and we would purchase at $18,500 -- they agreed to it -- then when the "finance guy" arrived on the scene, buyers' order in hand, he informed us that the warranty we would be getting was NOT what we had been told. Not a bumper-to-bumper warranty at all, but a "Powertrain plus" warranty. When we asked what exactly that would include, he would not tell us, would not produce any sort of official paperwork, and refused to find anyone else who could.
Basically...from the get-go, it was lies and more lies. Everyone refused to take responsibility for what they had said. If you have the nerve to go here, TAKE A TAPE RECORDER and record every phone conversation and every in-person conversation. They have very short memories here. Rating: F-, wife in tears, horrible day all around.

Listen to this: Complete idiots - brought in for tans. service - the next day my waterpump goes out (which they said the day before "your waterpump sounds like it is about to go out). Brought it back - the next day after I get it out again - transfer case leaks - when I brought it in the next day they said (without looking at it) oh, it couldn't have been anything we did when we serviced the transmission. They said it is transfer case leak - after it was in the shop for a week , they claimed to replace the rear seal. When I went to pick it up, the same bead of oil was dripping from the Ujoint behind the transfer case - I showed it to them before I left - guess what, "oh that is residual from working on it". 2 weeks later, still leaking - and I am driving it in their tonight and don't plan on being pleasant. The only reason I am going back is because they will have to fix it for free. STAY AWAY FROM THEM....
