Traded in a car making $250 month payment for a Ram that I now pay $450 month for. Agreed with dealership salesperson and sales manager to swap out tire/rim package to complete the deal. After a year of phone calls and numerous trips to the dealer I finally got them, however, I had to pay $330 dollars which was not part of the deal. None of my paperwork included this agreement nor did it mention the free 2 oil changes that I was promised. I would stay away from this dealership because it is not a trust worthy dealership that will not honor their agreements with their customers. I was considering purchasing another Dodge for my wife (Durango), but there is no way it would be from this dealership.
 When I did sign on the dotted line to complete the deal, the lot tech went to wash my truck and wrecked the front end damaging the front air dam. The rear window was also broken out.
