We bought a Monte Carlo at the CCU public sale, I told the Sach's rep. what I had to have out of my Ram, he said no problem, you got it. The car had some problems with it and we took it in on Monday to trade it out. At that point and time we found out that they had raised the price
of the Monte Carlo $3000.00, and was tacking that on to the new vehicle that we had picked out. We tried to get out of the deal and get our original truck back, but due to the fact that I had signed a contract at the sale we couldn't unless the dealership agreed to let us out. Jim just smiled and said we can do anything with numbers on paper, and you now own this car. I will never go back there and buy another vehicle. Service isn't any better. They have changed oil in my vehicle and have left oil on my floor, door and steering wheel. There are other Dodge dealer's where no one has to do business with Sach's. Beware of this dealer.
