I had heard bad things in the past about the service department, last July 02 they underwent a major management change, all for the better, they are very responsible and keep me well informed. I have been very pleased, keep up the good work.

My husband and I were looking to compare their Dodge Ram and other dealer's Chevy Silverado (2003) and we got ourselves into a mess! We walked in, asking for them to provide some numbers with incentives like we had gotten from the Chevy dealer. That was a mistake! We went for a 45 minute test drive and then we were brought back. That wasn't bad. What was bad was the 3.5 hour fiasco of paper work. We stated 4-6 times that we wanted to get the numbers and go compare them AWAY from the dealership. Before we know it, people are coming and congratulating us on our new truck. What??!! The sixth time I told them we were comparing, he said, "Oh, I must have misunderstood you. I thought you wanted to buy the truck today." Well, that was the mistake of a lifetime! Never will I deal with them again. They are sneaky and conniving. Don't go there!
