Sales staff was fair, but service is absolutely horrible. Took my 03 Ram to them to fix a cab mount bolt loosening. After 10 attempts, they could not determine why the bolt was coming loose. Their solution was to elongate the cab mount holes in the frame (engineering trick to eliminate the popping noise associated with this condition) and put in a non-removeable bolt which does not tighten to DaimlerChrylser (DC) spec (108 lb-ft). This bolt tightens to a maximum of 55 lb-ft. Neither the dealer nor DC will take responsibility for this work or altering of the frame even though Dodge TSB 13-001-03 states any party that modifies the vehicle frame automatically accepts responsibility. When questioning the service manager and a DC rep about the competency of this repair, I was blown off or avoided. When I asked them to prove the bolt they installed met DC quality and was tightened to specification. They assured me it was, however could never find a torque wrench to prove it to me because they know it's not as tight as it needs to be. They have a great game going with the factory rep to entertain the customer complaint while not doing anything to solve the problem. I complained about this problem from the day I bought the truck until Neil Huffman, DC and I decided to go our separate ways in December (9 months). Neil Huffman does not like to deal with educated buyers. It's not as easy for them to pull the wool over your eyes.

Have a 2002 Grand Caravan. Have it it serviced at least four times for puddles of water in passenger floor board from A/C use. They obviously can't or won't fix the problem.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know,
Our salesman provided a decent experience except for all the tricks of the trade- dealt with 3 different salesmen including the GM before negotiating a price. Spent 3 hours haggling over price. Insulted our intelligence level when their initial offer was the full price of a new model of the car. Their finance manager was the problem! He sold us a 3rd party warranty and "led us to believe" it was a manufacturer's warranty. We are military and live out of state; he promised we would be exempt from taxes (also untrue). When I later learned about this warranty and called the GM I was told there was nothing they could do except cancel my current warranty and refund the difference (which would be 300.00- I originally paid 1250.00. I asked them to buy me a Dodge warranty since this is what I thought was sold to me. The manager apologetically stated "this finance manager is no longer employed here, I was not the manager when you bought your car, please don't punish us for the actions of a former employee". Overall, not impressed with the dealership and would never include them for future purchases. The car was also one year used (previous rental) and had a lot of problems initially. Very poor maintenance during the rental period.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
Went in to purchase a 300M. Salesperson Doug Alsmeyer was a total a**hole. I told him that he was being untruthful about misrepresenting a car he had in stock. He went ballistic, he stood up from his desk and started going crazy. He ordered me and my wife and 4yr old son out of the dealership. All of this in front of the sales manager. I called the sales manager after I left and he said he witnessed the altercation and ask if I would come back if I talked to another salesman. I told him that he was crazy, I would never come back, and he better do something about Mr Alsmeyer.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know / No Experience
