Broke down on I-75 just outside of Corbin Ky. Stopped there due to a Dodge dealer being close. Was upset enough after numerous breakdowns to trade on the spot but after being given their quote knew they were taking advantage of me so told them to just fix it and get me on the road. Repair was done as soon as parts came in.....Complaint was owner of dealership made me wait to leave till DC approved warranty repair which proved to be a problem as I had another injector replaced less than 30 days before, just a different one. Also dealership did no clean up from failed injector and mechanic complained all the time he worked on truck as part didn't come till 4 pm and he had to work Overtime to finish as we were waiting for truck. Never got on the road till 8:30 pm but wanted to get out of there. Stopped at a quarter wash and left a little mess cleaning up the oil/diesel from the failed injector.
Sales was not very good, service was OK, Parts man was very good in expediting parts and assisting getting warranty claim approved to get me on the road. Still E-mail him occasionally.
