I recently bought a new truck from this dealership and had wonderful, pressure free buying experience. To be slightly more specific, they treated me like a person and not a paycheck. They worked with me and went slow with the process of my choice of vehicles. The service department was great, but a little busy at the time of my service, the mechanics and service advisors where very nice to me and seemed extremely knowledgeable. My vehicle was serviced and runs great. This dealership is a place where I would feel comfortable sending my own grandmother.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Took truck in for oil change. They called my daughter and told her I needed new brakes. She told them to wait until they heard from me. By the time I called (10 minutes later) the brakes were being replaced! I paid for the oil change and the pads, but that was it. I'll never go back. The instrument cluster is acting up. Lights stay on and speedometer needle goes haywire. Guess I have to travel 30 miles to another dealership. I can't trust Shelbyville Chrysler to be fair with me.
