My wife bought a '99 Durango there 3 years ago . They told her it would get 18 mpg . I later read an article on top 10 scams used by car salesmen . They used 3 on her . I bought my 2004 DWR 3500 elsewhere but had it serviced here because ABS light was on. I was charged considerably more for every service than the other dealer charges . I paid more for oil change alone than other dealer charges for oil change and tire rotation . I paid $20 more for an alignment . Coolant was filled past the full mark to the top of the reservoir . My pinion seal started leaking a few days later and within a month both front wheel bearings failed . I know hundreds of Ram owners and wheel bearing failure under 70,000 miles is unheard of
