Bought a new 02 dodge truck. On the trip home noticed some vibrating, and it got worse as the days went on. Took back to dealer several times and they tried everything they could think of to fix the problem. Live 60 miles from there, so they gave us a loaner to use while they worked out the problem. Took several trips, and several loaners but they never lost patience with us. They were always courteous and took our problem seriously. After four different trips, the tires were replaced, the truck was balanced once again, and we were on our way. We are a Dodge loving family and we will definitely shop there first when it is time for our next vehicle.
If we would have known about this site, we would have posted these comments LONG AGO. Thanks Acadiana Dodge!!

Could not get an explanation of what was happening to my vehicle. When asked how long they said they didn't know. They wanted me to bring back the rental and ride in a hot vehicle. My AC was not cooling the problem was the computer system. The Van was bought New at 2 months old I should have had some type of compensation. The Supervisior was real nasty along with the tech.

The service department there is horrible. I brought my truck there for recall work and warranty work. I have a bumper to bumper warranty with ZERO deductible, yet it still cost me to get my truck worked on. On both occasions, they had to have the truck all day long just to write a service contract to order the parts. Yes, you can tell them what is wrong with it, what part you need, hell, even give them the part number, but it doesn't do any good. On one occasion, the person from service acted as if he wanted to fight me on the street. The service department there SUCKS DONKEY. I WILL DRIVE 20 MILES TO OPELOUSAS TO GET MY TRUCK WORKED ON!!!
P.S. I would have been happy to pound on that idiot in service, but I am more civilized than that.

Acadiana Dodge has had my truck for TWO MONTHS. I took it to them after an accident expecting that the 5 star Dodge dealer should be able to do the best job on my Dodge truck. Body parts don't line up, the paint job was poor, they even reinstalled lights without the wires connected. They did an alignment but didn't bother to center the steering wheel. They had the truck for a month initially but then I had to take it back because they had done such a poor job and now they've had it for another month and I'm fighting to get it finished now.
Once I took my truck to them because the wastegate actuator wasn't working but was under warranty (or I would have replaced it myself). I told them EXACTLY what was wrong, one simple part needed to be replaced. They called me later and said that nothing was wrong with my truck. After I went back there and argued with them for an hour I found out that they hadn't even looked at the part that was bad. All they had done was put it on the computer and then a test drive/performance check. Finally I got them to check the wastegate and they agreed that it was bad and replaced it THE NEXT DAY.
The bottom line is that the service at Acadiana Dodge is worse than poor and I suggest that you take your business elsewhere. Steer clear of Acadiana Dodge.

I have had problem with service writer in service dept. His attitude was take it or leave it, we will get to it when we can Other than that I am pleased, Tony does an excellent job pleasing people and bending over backward to help you get in and out . But service Manager who as I understand is a partner in the dealership needs to take a look at one of his service writers, and NO it is not the younger writers, it is an older (should know better) man. That's my reason for the good rating.

Called the Sales Manager about a new truck after my local dealer (M&M Dodge) would not even try to deal with me. The sales manager gave me a monthly price and told me to come pick the truck we wanted. I was kind of skeptical, so we made the trip to Lafayette. We picked a truck that was a little more than what we were expecting, and they gave it to us for the price that he quoted me on the phone. We drove off with it a couple of hours later, much to my surprise. They stood by their word.

Talked to a sales person. I was short on time so he gave me five or six different excuses that they couldn't do a deal that day. He told me to come back when I had more time I went to another dealer and bought a vehicle
