Didn't want to sell me a truck. Bought out of town. Took truck to All Star at least 4 time, nothing wrong they say. Took it to SALSBURY 1 time found the problem and fixed it. Then one of the workers took my truck didn't ask me to. HATE All Star LOVE my truck!

Refused to service my vehicle three weeks after purchase because another dealership recommended by them had serviced it. Extremely rude service department manager.

Sales dept. fairly knowledgeable. Will try and help. Service dept. could care less about customer satisfaction. Would not answer questions about TSB. Totally screwed up one oil/filter change.
