Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
Went in for blower motor recall work. The truck had already burned up some wires. Work order said they replaced wires and switch. I looked at it and it still had burnt wires and they didn't replace switch. Went back to service manager and showed him the wires and switch. They replaced the Switch but the wires were not their problem. Went to Acadian in Lafayette. They confirmed the old switch was bad and the wires should be replaced. M & M wouldn't pay Acadian to fix it. Went back the third time. Tech said he had it all fixed in two hours. Now I have no cruise control and still have burnt wires. The service manager Mark wants me to go back!!!!! The electrician is incompetent. No way. Now we go to court!!!! Acadian has been very helpful. M&M service continues to lie about fixing the truck. I have work orders to prove it.
