Service department did an excellent job. My vehicle was ready when promised.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor, Tried to make appointment for warranty service on air cond problem, was told first come first serve. Arrived next morning 7:30 A.M. #12 in line at service door. Service writer says he only has one AC mechanic in shop that day. He agreed to schedule me for the following week, which we did. Needless to say, when I arrived the following week two mechanics were said to be in school and two were out sick. Have rescheduled again for the last time. After this, call to Dodge. Avoid this service department.
