My experience was this,I needed A dealership to drain my fuel tank on my 04
diesel, by mistake I put gas in the tank, I call the tow service and went through
the motion's. The driver called ahead to the service manager {eric} who told
me that he would get me in and out in a couple of hour's, well I went in at
10:45 I watched the guy's walk passed my truck from 11:00 until 2:00, and that
was before anyone said anything to me. I then spoke to milton kemp my so called
service advisor, I ask him how much longer before they would start the repair
he could not give me a answer, I was told to talk to eric again {the run around}
anyway I ask him about the price, he calculated it out to be $270.00 drive out
.Ok no problem at 2:10 the manager tells me that they are about to start on
my truck no one started on my truck until 2:30 ,I could see my truck because
it was parked outside of the workstation. I walked to get something for lunch,
A couple of hour's later I returned my truck still was not complete. I talked
to eric before I took my truck off of the wrecker he told me that he had a guy
waiting for me to get there and they would have me on my way back to houston,
these guy's gave me my truck at 5:00,after charging me $380.63 {$110.63} difference
then I was told {it's like that sometimes by the service advisor {milton kemp}.
I would strongly not recommend {Ray BrandtDodge,Inc} to anyone on this planet.

I was interested in purchasing a new 2004 dodge 1500 Quad Cab if not that I
would have bought a used pickup truck maybe a 2003 or 2002 1500 Quad Cab. But
I started with the 2004 a salesman came over young guy seems to have just gotten
out of high School. I told him what I was looking for and what I would like
the notes to be. He took us to the back of the dealership where most of the
new cars were. I saw a lot of trucks I was interested in but there was one I
settled for the truck sold for I think 25 or $26,000.00 the trucks package wasn't
much the bed wasn't lined and the only thing it really had was the 20"
wheels that was special that's why I decided to deal with that one. well to
make a long story short he took what we gave him to his boss and said we could
only get the truck for $25,000.00 so I told him that's what it's selling for
and it was like take it or leave it so I left it. On the way out the door the
salesman said he has a Dodge Dakota he could sell me. I told him he couldn't
sell me the truck I wanted how could he sell me any other.

I send an ad on the "perfect" car. Well I went there determined to
buy that car. I set an appointment with the "Used car manager" to
see that particular car. When I arrived... he could not put his cigarette out
while he was talking to me and then told me "they just sold it". I
was fine with looking at other cars, but I was frustrated when I would ask for
a price and not told immediately. I would look around for awhile and the salesman
would often disappear which I notice he was having a cigarette brake with a
buddy. After I found a similar car to the one I originally sought after for.
It had almost twice the mileage and had a few large paint spots missing and
the windshield looked like it was replaced incorrectly. But they gave me a price
that was $1000 more than the one I wanted. Well a couple months later they are
calling me about the car I wanted originally, it somehow is still there, but
I already bought another car at a very fair price.

In the past I had purchased 2 vehicles from Ray Brandt. This time my son had
attempted to trade off his 2000 GMC truck in an effort to get a lower note.
Lower note was made clear to salesman. OK, take the truck home while we work
on getting you financed . (bait) he keeps the truck for 24hrs.; when he returns
they present a note of $100.00 greater than his current note. No deal is made
he gets his keys and leaves in his truck. Four to five hours later the sales
manager calls, but Maurice is not home. 15 minutes later Michael the sales mgr
calls again . 20 minutes later he calls again. This time he's rude and is using
unprofessional scare tactics. "Where's Maurice , I know he's over at Don Bohn
Ford trying to buy a car but you tell him he's going to have to buy a bumper
for the truck because it's damaged and needs to be replaced. He even threatened
to call Maurice's job. The next day I attempted to talk to the store manager
, Greg, who didn't have the time and turned me over to the sales mgr Michael
. Yes the one who started all this. I will never go to Ray Brandt Dodge or Nissan
or any ray Brandt dealerships again. I will also direct my friends and family
elsewhere. Lamarque, and Bohn zone knows business.

I brought my 2001 Dodge Ram in to have several things check. The front end was
shimming. The passenger side front wheel was locking up when you apply the brakes.
Heater blower was making loud noises. I had purchased an extended warranty.
They said they would have my truck back to me by the end of the day. No one
called. Finally I called them about 5:00 pm. They said they would have to keep
it overnight. When I asked for a loaner they replied none was available. Then
I asked about a rental. Which under my extended warranty I am entitled to. They
said I had to rent the car myself. I would be reimbursed if they found something
wrong with my truck which was not my fault. I feel I have a defected heater
blower motor. As far as the front wheel locking up on one side they say it is
NORMAL for it to do that. According to them the shimmy is from not rotating
the tires which I DO EVERY 5,000 miles. No word on the heater blower yet they
will tear it down to check for obstructions. I have brought my truck in 2 times
prior to this. Once for chips in paint. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR. The other was
for air bag light was on. I RECEIVED A RENTAL CAR. Now I ask for a loaner or
rental car and they say the only way to get one is if my truck is inoperable.
In my opinion it is inoperable because I am not able to drive it. I will never
buy nor recommend anyone to buy a Daimler Chrysler product. Because I believe
I was ripped off.
