There are alot of people who view car dealers as evil. Most customers come in with such an adversarial attitude, no matter what happens, they will feel it was bad. I have been a car salesman for 10 years. I have worked at many dealerships. I have never worked at a dealership where a dealer had more integrity than Mark Boniol. I know most won't believe that because they have such a predisposition that all dealers are evil. People feel that they have a right to see an invoice or to pay invoice for a car. That is not true. No other industry is so open and forth right with that info. There are thousands of sources for a customer to got that info. Can you go to Wal-Mart and demand to see cost on a particular good? I don't think so. So next time you go shopping for a car, remember, your car salesman is a person just like you who probably has a family he loves and is responible for. Im sure no one reading this would take a cut in there pay because a customer of that company did'nt want profit to be made. God Bless

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
Went to the dealership pre-approved with Chrysler Financial @ 0%/APR with A++ credit rating, picked out the car I wanted. They got all the paperwork ready to be signed & had me using a local bank with a higher interest rate (6.9%)and really thought I would agree to it. Sneaky people, I left and bought from another dealer (Chevrolet). Salesman never even attempted to regain my business. Blessing in disguise I guess, imagine how they would have treated me after the sale. Dishonest Crooks!

4 days after we bought a new vehicle from Roundtree, they tell us that the car we traded in now needs repairs totaling $2200 & that we must pay half. They agreed that we are not legally obligated to pay, but if we ever want them to service our vehicles (and yes we bought optional extended service contracts)we have to pay. Mark Boniol sent us a certified letter stating that he would agree to settle for only $1000 CASH & if we pay, we will be treated as a valuable customer, but if we don't pay, we will be treated in an "adversarial" manner & we are no longer welcome to return to the dealership. Mr Boniol & 2 sales managers actually had the nerve to say we did this on purpose & knew the vehicle was broken. We love Chrysler products & had bought from them a few times before, a mistake that will never happen again! Now discovering this is not uncommon practices with Roundtree Dodge, their reputation is taking a serious turn from bad to disgusting..
Chrysler & Dodge products have always exceeded our expectations, we wouldn't drive anything else. When you see the names Roundtree Dodge & Mark Boniol, turn around & run away as fast as you can and be ever so grateful that you did!

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know,
Tried to buy the Dealer loan truck from them with about 2500m, obvious use on it, smelled like cigarettes. They were not willing to deal at all. Tried high pressure tactics, 3 sales persons at once. I left my final price would pay and finally left after 1 hour there. By the time I got home they had already called. Called back and they said to come back in and "talk" asked again about my price and said they would try. And that was that.

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent,
This place is excellent... They just built their new dealership at a new location. It's Five Star and the place is about 5x as big as their older location. I bought a new Durango and a used Ram from there.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
Was interested in buying a new diesel pickup the other day. The salesman said he had one in the back and would bring it right up. I sat in front of the dealership for 30 minutes waiting for one salesman while fending off about 10 others. As far as the service department goes: My 1994 Dodge Ram 2500 Has been in their shop 5 times for transmission problems. They claim to have rebuilt it twice and also claim to have replaced it once. Of course after the warranty on the rebuild expires, the transmission goes out again for the sixth time. I took it to an independent shop for repairs. One week and $2000 later I am pleased with the transmission. The shop told me that the transmission had not been properly assembled at the dealership causing the over drive clutches to burn up prematurely.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know / No Experience
