Wouldn't do my warranty work because my car was purchased at another dodge dealership.

Sales=Good, Service=Good,
Two warranty repairs completed. Went in when promised, delivered when promised. Repairs were done right 1st time. Sales Mgr good. Some sales persons will take the attitude that they are the only show in town. Asked them to find me a Town & Country optioned the way I desired since they had none on the lot. Said they would and they would call the next day. They never called. Went back after I located the vehicle myself. Sales person went to other office to call. Came back said they were closed, said they would tomorrow then call me. I went home and called the other dealer (Henderson) myself who were still open. Southland never called back. I bought the van at Henderson in Baton Rouge. If you have a similar experience, by pass the sales person and go to the manager.
