I went in today to fix a heater problem and they took me in right away, fixed the problem and had me out in a little over two hours. They did this in spite of the fact that I did not buy my truck from them. They treated me very well...next time I am in the market I will buy from them. My original dealer told me I had to wait 2 weeks to get in even though I had no heat and I was freezing. Bedard Bros has earned my business!!! Special thanks to Andy. Nice dealership...very, very clean and classy. Beautiful location and views!

I sent an e-mail about a new truck and they knocked $7,000 off of MSRP right off the bat and gave me $2,000 over book value for my trade-in. In addition, Ernie (Finance Manager) found me an interest rate 2.5% less than the lowest advertised rate I could find. If they are as willing to make deals like this in the future I would drive from anywhere to buy another vehicle from them.

I bought a 03 Grand Caravan from them. They are friendly, efficient and honest. I had a noise in my tire...they gave me a loaner car from service and treated me special. I am very, very happy. I purchased my previous vehicle from another nearby dealership and did not receive this kind of excellent treatment. One other thing...their salespeople treated me like a good customer...most dealerships treat women differently...not these guys. I also was happy with the manager Ernie who gave me his private number in case I ever needed a favor. Great place!!!!!

I had credit problems and they solved it honestly and efficiently. They treated me with respect and actually got me the vehicle I wanted at a payment I could afford. I was pleasantly surprised! Ernie (the Credit Doctor) is for real and kept his word...I highly recommend this dealership!!!!

Has no competent service personnel. Refused to work on my vehicle. Since, have heard of at least 20 customers with same problem. Would not take a vehicle from them if it was free.
