This place sold me a 2001 Ford Expedition with 30,000 miles for 30,000,later i found out the retail value was only 24,000.They're known for over charging

The dealership took too long to repair my truck. It took five days to replace a fuel pump. In doing so, they admitted to braking the fuel lines and tried to make me pay for them.

I drove a long way to see them...only to be told that the truck they had advertised was sold. Then they tried to sell me a Dakota that was $6000 more and not the color I wanted. Finally, the price they were giving me for my 97 S10 was not what they told me on the phone. I spent three hours plus driving time to get a headache. No thanks! I bought from a local dealer.

Poorly trained sales staff. The sales person had no idea what he was talking about, I was telling him things about the the truck I was looking at!! I did go back later and deal with a different sales person and got the truck I wanted, but there was still a lot of confusion between picking out a truck and taking delivery a week later.
Service was OK, only had an oil change but it was quick

My salesperson was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and I love my new Durango. I would definitely return to Bertera Dodge.

Sales=Fair, Service=Avoid, Very rude Service department, shouldn't even have the name "service" in the title! It should be called the try to fix it department! Less than 400 miles and the truck would not start. I should have got my money back. It was only problem after problem with the RUDE service manager. It seems like this is common for Dodge dealerships though... Please go elsewhere.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor, Every visit they change service reps. They are not customer friendly , over charge for the work they do, never explain work accomplished, and leave you with a sense of an uncaring attitude. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life!
