My local mechanic in Blackstone works with the parts department all the time.
He brought my truck with balljoint problems up there. The service department
was very flexible with some of the aftermarket parts I had(including 295 tires).
They replaced all 4 balljoints and axle u-joints under warranty with no problems.
Keep in mind I went through my local mechanic, but the end result was awesome!

Heard a lot of good things about Fino's, so I tried it in July 2002. Every time
I went there they were very courteous and knowledgeable and I made a great deal.
I feel like family. Every time I go there, there is a Dunkin Donuts right in
their lot. What more could you ask for? Everyone raves about the service, I
love my Wrangler!

Just bought my 5th vehicle a dodge ram hemi another great experience I would
never go back to the games and hassles of others I have tried, I was treated
like family got a great deal and the service is second to none, just had to
share this hidden gem!!!!!!!!

I spoke to an older gentleman when looking for a truck, he did not seem interested,
I told him that if he could get the vehicle that I was looking for and at the
right price I would purchase the vehicle from him, he told me no problem, he
found the truck I wanted Dodge Ram Sport with al options, he said he would have
it there in the next 2 weeks. I checked with him periodically. He told me it
had come in and that I should come up, I went up only to find that he just sold
it to another person. I purchased a truck at another dealership. I also had
service done at this shop, I was driving on the north shore (MA) and my fog
lights suddenly went out. I took it to a dealership up there who told me it
was the switch, he could not fix it that day and I needed to get back home so
the dealership filled out paperwork for me to take to a service center. I notified
my service center at Fino, and they said no problem it wont take that long.
I showed them the paper and then they took my truck right in. After 4 hours
the mechanic came to me and said it looks like the switch is bad and we wont
be able to fix it today. (well hello I showed him the paper from the other dealership)
I proceeded t tell him I knew what the problem was and I just wanted the switch
replaced. He obviously did not read the paper and tried to chase the problem
himself. Needless to say I had to return another day. Radio problems, the same
thing, I took it back 10 times before they installed the correct radio with
steering wheel controls. This dealership is the worst one I have ever seen.
They don't care about their customers.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, I went in to purchase a Jeep Liberty
and the salesman couldn't be bothered. I asked to take a test drive and felt
as though I was wrong to do so by the attitude I received. The salesman, an
older gentleman, only spoke to my husband and not to me. When I was finished
my test drive, the dealer took the car back to it's original parking spot without
asking me first if I was interested in purchasing it or not. He was rude, sexist
and I would never buy a car from a salesman that refused to address as a person.
I'm a 25 year old woman with excellent credit and a decent salary. It was their
loss in the end.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Good, Was disappointed when I was told that I needed
new brake rotors at 33,000 miles. An independent shop turned them with no problem
for $129 with a brake job, opposed to the $400 from the dealer.
