How do i explain hampden dodge in spfld ma? well to start they never return
your phone calls while i was trying to do business with them my sales man was
on the cell phone texting his ex-girlfriend they had me wait 30 minutes waiting
for an answer on finance because the finance lady was to busy in conversation
with some co-workers until finally she comes out to tell me that they will call
me the next day well 3days later i called to let them know i decided to go with
another more professional dealership. well getting my deposit was like getting
married to a k.k.k. daughter and you are not white! very uncomfortable they
were rude belligerent when ask to see the manager the respond was that he is
in las vegas but it would be a waist of time because he wouldn't care! these
guys are as bad as balise in wilbraham, ma. the manager there mike hounshell
if you don't buy at that moment he will harass you until you do or run out!
it is very sad that such a nice dealership like hampden dodge is going down
the drain!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, When I went in the dealership to
buy my truck the salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful. He made sure
I knew all the choices I had and weather these choices meant to me as I had
special conditions that had to be met. I would rate higher than excellent if
there was a option for it. I had an intermittent electrical problem with the
truck and the service department went the extra mile to insure it was fixed
right. The Service Manager really cares about his customers problems.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, I have been very happy with this
dealership. They have always been pleasant and willing to do whatever needed
to help me. I have sent 3 others to the dealership and these people have been
happy. I rate Hampden Dodge as the best dealerships in the area.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid, if you have a problem these people are no
help t all. Forget it if they are to return your call. They are all very rude.
Even the manager has no clue. Good luck if you need something fixed. STAY AWAY!!!!

Sales=Avoid,Service=Don't Know, I am a repeat customer of this dealer
(2 cars, 1 new, 1 used) and the experience I had looking for info on a new Durango
today was absolutely horrible. The pressure and lack of training by the sales
staff was embarrassing. I am a Dodge brand loyalist but I will never step foot
on that lot ever again.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor, I bought TWO (2) Intrepids from them, one
they "misrepresented" the mileage by over 5,000! They switch sales people every
other month, same with service. Not fair in dealing with repeat customers when
they have them. Very poor product knowledge, prices are HIGH!!!
