There was a rattling noise at idle when the truck had 37000 miles just out of warranty .They determined it was crank bearings ,it sounded a little odd but they were replaced anyway. They started the truck and it still made the noise after repair then they said it was a cracked flex plate and replaced that also and the truck still made the noise.They repairs of $3200.00 were disputed in trial at worcester district court .They truck was then brought to fenos dodge and they replaced a $30.00 bushing for the shift linkage and the noise was gone total bill was $100.00. I would not even get a free cup of coffee from herb chambers . After talking to other people with similar experiences they have to be they worst dealer in the state.

I felt pressured and I left feeling like I didn't get a good deal. They negotiate the features separate from the car (I wanted an alarm...). Don't fall for that like I did. I will never forget the line the features sales guy laid on me when I was balking on the extended warranty. He said "You are not buying a Honda. This thing is designed to break after the warranty is up.". I should have got up and left and told them to keep their car.
