I have bought in my 1999 Intrepid 3 times now, and each time, the car was fixed
within a reasonable amount of time, and correctly the first time. I have not
had any issues at all with their service. I will say it's not exactly cheap,
but then it's the dealership and I have no
comparisons to make.

Only problem in 3 years was a faulty sensor. Bought optional equipment through
their parts dept. Quick access if not in stock.

Bought a 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan here when it was still Victory Dodge. Within
6 months, transmission failed, they replaced under warranty. 7 transmissions
later, the problem is still not fixed and they are telling me there is nothing
left to be done with the car, time to buy a new one. This car has no other major
problems other than maintenance stuff, the ONLY problem has been the transmission
and they can not fix it. Very frustrating. I will never do business there again
and neither should you

My Aunt recently been having a "check engine light on" problem with
her 1996 Caravan. Back in 4/6/02 she brought the vehicle to Auto Tech repair.
They spent 5 hours on their diagnostics and did not find a problem, so they
sent it to the dealership for an "expert" diagnostic. To which, nothing
was found bad, but light still on... So Auto Tech told her she needed to have
EGR valve, head gaskets, water pump and timing belt ($1800) replaced to fix
the light on problem. But the light still came on intermittently thru out the
remainder of 2002. As of 4/17/03.. sick of having the light on, and in fear
of breaking down, she brought the vehicle to IRA Dodge Medford. they diagnosed
it this time to needing major tuneup, and an emission service(?)...$800 dollars
later, she picks up the vehicle and before she can leave the IRA's service yard,
the light comes back on! She brings it right back, to which the manager tells
her..due to the emission service, this can happen due to break up of carbon
and should clear up...The light became on again, several times later...Frustrated,
she brings it back to IRA...Now they diagnose the problem to low compression
in cylinder head, and they need to disassemble the motor AGAIN...Of course she
denied to have it ripped apart again since it was just done in 2002. My gripe
over the whole situation, is that IRA did not diagnose the problem properly,
cause if they did, they would of found, "low compression problem"
and how they just diagnosed it needing a tune up and emission service and charged
her for stuff she didn't need. I believe this company saw a woman who did not
fully understand to what was the real problem with her vehicle and took her
for a ride. This happens all the time to woman!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
1st service: Took truck in for service on a Monday. Water pump went bad. Parts
had to be ordered, finally got truck back on Friday. 2nd service: Took truck
in on Monday, got rental car courtesy of Service Contract (5days max.) Some
things fixed, parts ordered but did not arrive until following week. Rental
car turned in after 5 days. Took day off (courtesy rental used up previous week
so I had no way to get to work) to leave truck to finish work but they still
needed one part to finish job. Took truck in today, Saturday, and found it had
not been touched since I left it at 8 a.m. They had "forgotten" about my truck.
"So sorry...) Waiting for G damn parts for days. And the killer of this whole
experience is this is a 1999 Dakota Club Cab 4x4 with 48,000 miles!! What a
piece of junk truck. Will never, ever buy another Dodge product again!!! Sending
this URL and this information to Daimler/Chrysler too.
