Had a problem with alarm going off. The continued until they found and fixed the problem. Have always provided good repairs. They aren't cheap, but I assume that no dealers are. Sometimes they send out coupons that can be used to lower the cost of maintenance. I have been able to actually talk to the mechanic, which can be really helpful, but I wouldn't guarantee that happening. When I had a problem with alignment they did a tire balance for free to see if that helped, but the conclusion was that I had waited too long to rotate my tires, and they were cupped. I would recommend them. This was for a Dodge Caravan.

My only complain is about the answering machine twice on different occasions I have left my details on that machine and I have never got a reply. So if it's urgent and you really do need that service then keep calling because when you do get in they do a great job! Of course if your busy then forget it!
Please fix the person who checks the messages on that answering machine, then you'd be prefect!
