The service people managers are polite and knowledgeable. But their mechanics are suspect. This will be be second time I had to have my truck towed back to them within 24 hours of a repair. The first time, they put back a weak coolant hose which burst after I had them replace my water pump. They did pay to the tow back and for fixing the hose.
This time I had them fix two brake lines in the front which burst without warning. This is within 6 months of them redoing my brakes. You would think they would have checked the lines when the changed the shoes and machined the drums. Within 24 hours of the brake line fixes, I had to have the truck towed back with a smoking and locking front brake. I don't know the results yet. Either this place is for the birds or I have a lemon of a truck (96 Dodge Dakota with 86,000 true mile).
Dodge trucks are very unreliable and should be avoided for that reason. However, they are very nicely designed and just the right size. It is too bad Dodge can't make reliable trucks.

Dodge builds reliable trucks - I own two of them (Rams), I know many others who have been pleased with the reliability of their Ram trucks and my reliability survey has also indicated that the majority of Dodge trucks are reliable. While I sympathize with those experiencing problems, the blanket statements that I receive in these surveys are to be taken in the context of the frustrated person who submitted them. Note the number of repairs reported, the age and the mileage on this vehicle, and draw your own conclusions. Sales=Avoid, Service=Good,  Sales are willing to deal,  prompt attention to detail.  Where everything fails is after you sign the paper. Original person reported back with the name change, but says:  I applied for a rebate/sales incentive and they never followed up with it.

Sales=Poor, Service=Good, went in to purchase a 98 diesel. had a salesman without specific knowledge of dodge trucks.he had just come from a gm dealer. ok prices, but sales started advertising in the next weeks paper and they made no mention of it when i was there.( sale would have saved me a few hundred $$) parts dept is not as knowledgeable as larger dealers, but is helpful.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, went 9 times for front end problem on dodge ram 1500, never fixed problem. Made excuses, incompetent mechanics

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, Tried several times to buy from there but they played all sorts of games with the trade after already agreeing on a price. Will never go there again

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know, Less knowledgeable sales people than other dealerships. Only dealership of 5 I phoned that didn't fax out invoice and didn't readily deal from invoice. Sales people were less able to quote prices. A bit disorganized on the sales end.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or no experience
