Bought a 2002 Intrepid Demonstrator with 8,000 miles. Later discovered that
car had been damaged and improperly repaired. Rear Bumper was loose and some
bumper components were missing. Won't buy there again.

I was offered 12,000 for a 2001 dodge Durango with only 35k miles on it....and
they tried to talk me into leasing for 4 years for almost 500.00 a mo...they
are pros at B.S.ing and really don’t care about what you feel is a good
deal....only how they can rape you...as for service they charge a lot for labor
and to top it off take their sweet time in doing any labor....oh and if your
only getting minor service done..They even shave down the rotors down so you
need to replace them soon....I’ve seen ‘me do it to other people
while they were showing me that I needed to replace mine soon. So avoid them
if you can.your probably better off driving until your car falls apart. It’s
capitalism at its best...Getting f*kd bottom line.....

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
Went to buy a new 2003 Ram. Sat down with the salesman came up with a price
after about an hour of going back and forth. They told me to come back in two
days and everything would be ready for me to take the truck home. Went back
to get the truck and the prices I was quoted and had in writing went up by about
12%. I showed them my papers with the price that they quoted and they told me
that they never wrote down those prices and I must have wrote them down. I told
them to keep the truck and give me my deposit back and they gave me a hard time.
I met with all the managers and they told me they wouldn't give me my deposit
back. I had to go to the Attorney General who helped me out and got my deposit
back for me.
I love my new truck, that I bought at Old Colony Motors in Mansfield, MA. I
would recommend this truck to anyone. But I say avoid Norwood Dodge. Only use
Norwood Dodge to send your worst enemies too.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
872 APR 00 Recall - Trailer Hitch Reinforcement Brackets I had my trailer hitch
recall performed there. I made an appointment 4 days ahead of time at 11:30
in the morning. When I arrived there they told me that I was late for my appointment
and that they would try to fit it in. I later called back and they told me that
they would not be able to do it that day and I would need to call back and make
another appointment. I hung up with them and called Chrysler's consumer hotline.
I spoke to someone immediately, I told him my problem, and he mentioned to me
that the hitch should take no more that 45 min to fix, and he didn't understand
why the dealership wouldn't fix it. I was put on hold by this gentleman, for
about 3 minutes, when he returned he said that my truck would be ready in about
45 minutes. When I arrived at the dealership 45 minutes later, I got the snobby
service department lady, she proceeded to tell me that I would have to take
my truck and make a new appointment. I told her that the truck should be ready
about now.
After arguing with her to get the manager, she finally gave in, he came out
and said yes your truck has been done. The manager mentioned to me and her that
he did receive a call from Chrysler's Consumer department and that it was a
mistake and that it should have been done hours ago. And just as I was about
to leave I ran into someone getting the same thing done on their vehicle, and
I said to that person, good luck with the wait. He looked at me and said "I
didn't have an appointment, and mine is just about done" Well It looks like
all the service and maintenance will be done by me form now one. I will never
truck a Dodge Service Center as long as I live, # Dealerships, 3 Service Centers,
all the same result.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, In 1991 I took my Dodge Daytona in for
a clutch replacement. When I picked up the car, one of the shift cables was
disconnected, and the speed sensor switch had been broken, rendering the speedometer
useless. Also, reverse was where first should be, first was where third should
be, etc. I took the car back moments later, and had to wait 45 minutes while
they repaired their damage. They claimed the cable "came loose" (it snaps tightly
in a ball-socket joint that cant come loose), and that the speed sensor switch
"crumbled" when they touched it (the switch was only one year old and it doesn't
get touched in a clutch repair). They insisted on me paying $34 for the switch
they broke. As to test-driving the car after they replaced the clutch, it was
obvious that they didn't, and didn't care. I wrote a letter of complaint to
the general manager, zone manager, chamber of commerce, Better Business Bureau
and to Lee Iacocca, all certified registered mail. I got receipts back from
all. Only the dealer and the zone manager chose not to respond. A Chrysler VP
asked me in his letter to try again to talk with the dealer. Since the dealer
didn't even respond to my letter, I felt that would be a waste of time. They
obviously care nothing about loyal Chrysler product owners. I urge everyone
never to patronize this business.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid, DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU'RE LOOKING

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know, Purchased a '99 Quad from Norwood
Dodge, and the Sales Dept. was great. Haven't tried the Service Dept.
yet....

Sales=Good, Service=Poor, The actual representatives have
been fine to deal with. However, I had one repair fixed 3 times, and I shot
rear breaks due to their inability to correctly diagnose a problem the first
time.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid, Custom ordered 99 Ram, sales department was
decent and easy to make the best deal possible. I was over charged for labor
for installation of accessories. Sales rep listened and put things in writing
as requested. Would consider purchasing from again.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, Based on the service here, I would never
want another Dodge. They charge for 1 lb of grease when there are no grease
fittings in a Caravan.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, Was going to buy a vehicle there and
all seemed great. Salesmen seemed very good and all too eager to help us. a
snafu came up with the financing. We could not decide whether or not to use
our bank or theirs. We decided to hold off on the deal and they tried to keep
our down payment. The sales people, managers and anyone we dealt with turned
like Jekyle and Hyde. They lied through their teeth, hung up on us, gave us
a run-around that I have never dealt with before. It was unbelievable! I had
to call a lawyer and then get a friend of mine to call directly to the owner
to get it straightened out. Synopsis: They put on a good SHOW but that's all
it is, an act. I have dealt with a lot of dealers over the years and they were
the worst ever.
