I purchased the 2001 dodge dakota sport 4x4 new. needed service for poor quality and mechanical issues 14 times. warrantee was for 7-75. the dealership was polite but the repairs were sad. tranny was repaired and didn't work. the service dept told me "it has to wear in" well I'm pretty sure slipping on a new tranny isn't right. ball joints ,differential, heater control, transfer case. all had to be repaired. the o2 sensors were changes 6 times. the mechanic left bolts out of the tranny..tore a seal, ad forgot to replace the wire harness which is now melted to the exhaust. worst dealer service ever. worst customer service ever. will never ever ever buy a dodge again and never buy from pride dodge.

i bought a new 2001 dodge dakota 4x4 there. the thing has been in there about 10 times for various issues. the service dept has a lot to be desired. every repair that was supposed to be covered 100% wound up costing me money and a rental. they tried to give me a sorry excuse about a faulty repair. i didn't even get out of the parking lot before the engine light came on again. the mechanic told me that he damaged the part on installation. then the o2 sensor was bad. the new one lasted a week. i gave up and have not gone back. they had to rebuild my tranny...two days later i had to bring it back again because it was shuddering. they tried to tell me it has to wear in. i told them i was calling a lawyer, and then they offered to look at it again. turns out the mechanic damaged a seal in the repair. nice!!! i will never go there again and i will never buy a dodge again. the
owners and managers should hide their faces in shame

Yeah so I bought a used 2004 Stratus R/T there. First off there was a nail in the tire, the factory CD player was broken, climate control bezel was broken, and the pwr mirror switches were missing. All stuff i brought up at the time of sale. I knew I should have walked away right then and there but I really wanted that car. Fixed almost everything and even gave me a FREE oil change. I asked about another key and remote and the books and they said "oh we don't have any but we can get them for you at cost." Yeah ok no thanks 90 bucks for a key..PASS. 10 dollars worth of gas at time of purchase and the "warranty" i bought covered nothing when i had a transmission leak. To boot they had closed the dodge store and i had to drive way outta my way to their chrysler store. Charged me for a transmission coolant return line. Waste of time and money. Only thing Pride is good for is they gave me a free meal in their cafe every time i went back. They also had me driving around for over 20 days on my previous registration cause they didn't have time to go to have a VIN check done on the car and didn't pay for a State Inspection. Went back 3 months after purchase to trade in vehicle and they didn't do s*** for me. Wanted to give me way less then book value and wouldn't even work out a deal with me...PRIDE is a big waste of time...so much for "absolutely"

My experience with pride dodge, has let me to even consider not ever buying a dodge. I have purchase what it was supposed to be bumper to bumper extended warranty, every time there was a problem with the car it was never covered by the warranty, Finally my car started leaking oil, and it was covered under the warranty, they had to order a few parts, they kept on getting the wrong parts which made them keep my car for 2 weeks, something that it was supposed to be only a day and a half or two, after the 8th day the finally offered a rental car, which I never even get to use because when i got there they didn't tell me that the rental company closed at noon on saturday. And all those days they never gave me a courtesy call to tell me what was going on i had to keep on calling them every single day.

I Purchased a Brand New 2004.5 Dodge Ram 4x4 Turbo Diesel, the salesman new nothing about the motor lied about the mpg I new this while I was with him test driving he kept putting it on kph instead of mph. Dealership refused to give me or pay for an inspection sticker. Didn't give me any gas when i picked up the vehicle. Manager gave me a bullcrap story (It wasn't worked into the price). I told them off and all this for a purchase price of over $37,500 dollars, stay away from pride dodge bunch of scum bags and scam artists.WIll never buy from them and always warn everyone not to even go there. Also truck is a lemon and DC owes me a new truck my lemon law attorney is working on this but that's not prides Dodges fault that's a manufacturing issue. another dealer has been working on the fix for well over 4 months in and out of the shop. as I said will never have them touch my truck cant even stand to look at them been to there service shop 3 x and waited over 3 hours each time and they didn't even get to look at it. I just grabbed my keys and left.

It took the dealership 2 months to get me my registration, excuse after excuse I finally received it. This same problem occurred to a friend of mine around the same time at the same dealership. Salesmen not knowledgeable at all. most were young kids (20 yrs old). The service dept was trying to program my key FOB for the remote door lock, after over 35 minutes of trying they told me I'd have to come back the following week and they would have to program it manually. Well, on the return visit I waited over two hours and finally the service Manager came out and told me my truck doesn't have a remote keyless module... Final grade = FAIL

The Dodge dealership in North Attleboro is selling cars without manuals. I have1000 miles on my new vehicle yet when I went out of state this weekend, alarm warnings went off and I was unable to refer to the manual. I have called the dealership many times;to no avail. I feel my dealer Nate Herman is involved in some type of scam! Not only have I already waited 2 months for this manual I've also waited 2 months for a $30 inspection reimbursement. This is unheard of!

I brought my car in for a wiper motor. I was given a quote of around $200.00. When I went in to get my vehicle, the service manager had ordered parts that they broke while installing the motor without my authorization. My bill would have been $650.00! That is a far cry from $200.00! I demanded they take the parts off my vehicle as I was not paying for work that I did not authorize. This is not my first problem with this service department. Go out of your way and travel to another dealership. It is well worth it in the long run as it will cost you less money and give you less headaches. Just stay away from Pride Dodge!

05experience=This dealer sold my daughter a vehicle. Less that a week later the car developed transmission problems. The dealer claims it cannot find a problem, yet an independent certified mechanic has given us a letter stating the transmission needs to be completely rebuilt.
Under the "lemon laws" of Massachusetts the dealer is required to take the car back. We are currently waiting for a reply from Pride before turning this matter over to my attorney. After purchasing the vehicle, co-workers STRONGLY recommended that this dealer be avoided.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent, The salesman I dealt with was pretty
new but very easy to deal with. Nice guy. They did not give me a lot of pressure.
They were able to make the deal I was looking for and get it done relatively
fast. They all smiled and seemed genuinely happy to help.
