Regan Ford refused to repair our 1995 Ford Windstar under warranty. The Better
Business Bureau and local police took no action against them. We paid for a
rental vehicle from Regan Ford while our van was being serviced, but the dealer
employee/owner stole the vehicle out of our driveway. They should have just
fixed the head gasket problem when we brought it to them in 1998 under recall.
Instead, we had to be without a car and had to junk the vehicle. They insisted
we needed to buy a new vehicle and pay $2,000 to have the car serviced under
warranty. They are good people, but they messed up on this one. We don't recommend
you shop here or overpay for service.
